I intend to write last Thursday kaso sobrang bothered ako by something. Tapos kinabukasan maghapon akong nagiiyak. Literal na mula umaga hanggang hapon. Ang sakit tuloy ng ulo ko. Magaganda pa naman mostly yung ikikwento ko kaya hinintay ko lang na maging better ang kondisyon ko bago ko sila isulat.

Hindi pa rin ako sobrang okay. Medyo mabigat pa rin ang dibdib ko at may konting sakit pa rin ng ulo. Tingin ko okay na yung isip ko—I’m thinking more positively now. Pero yung katawan ko feeling ko napagod kahapon kaya meron pa rin akong residual physical symptoms na nararamdaman. I will try to eat healthier today at mag-workout para maka-recover na rin physically. Nag-yoga na ko kaninang umaga so that’s a good start.
