Pero April recap nga pala ‘to. Ang April ay malamig pa rin at may pabugso-bugsong snow. Buti tapos na sya. Mas excited ako ngayong May.

APRIL DIGEST

- I wrote about all the small things that made me happy recently in Happy Things #32
- On April 4th, I was surprised and amazed to learn that astronauts are on their way to the moon again. Pero nakakaasar nung napanood ko yung interview nila at ang sagot nila sa big question na, “Why go back to the moon?” ay “To go to Mars!” What a waste.
- Another essay about the age-old question of whether to have kids or not (I believe this is my fourth one already). Short answer: both are better.1 There is no superior path.
- Finally finished my first book of the year! I also shared a lesson I recently learned about the ego in Life Updates.
- I Love This Song, Hallelujah: Naiyak ako sa kanta ni Justin Bieber na Everything Hallelujah at Coachella (specifically yung first weekend). Parang gusto ko syang pakinggan tuwing umaga. It’s so calming.
- Punta naman tayo sa money talks (not so calming). In fairness, we did a great job with our Q1 Expenses.
- For this month’s Thursday Letter, the theme is about friendships (a recurring theme). I talked about catch-up culture versus actually living life together.
Until next month’s recap and thank you for reading!

- “Both are better.” is what Levin said to Kitty when she asked whether summer or winter is better in the book Anna Karenina. ↩︎
