“Ang Tanga Mo Nanaman”

Nakakatawa. Bigla kong naisip yung mga nabasa at narinig ko about meditation. Ang tinuturo kasi, kapag nagta-try ka raw mag-meditate at may pumasok na thought, wag mo raw pigilan yung thought. Hayaan mo lang daw pumasok at umalis. Tapos kausapin mo raw yung thoughts mo without judgment. Tapos ang sasabihin mo raw ay, “Hi thought. I see you thought. I acknowledge you chuchu” basta something na very formal at gentle.

Eh feeling ko kaya hindi nagiging effective sakin at kaya nagiging awkward yung moment na yun, kasi hindi naman ako ganun makipagusap sa mga kakilala ko. So bakit ganun ako makikipagusap sa sarili ko? 😆

Kaya next time, ita-try kong maging natural. Kunwari, “Hoy. Anjan ka nanaman. Tangina mo (hindi pagalit na mura, yung friendly tropa na mura). Bahala ka muna jan.” or diba pag nakikipagusap tayo sa mga kaibigan natin minsan sasabihan natin sila ng tanga or gago pero in an endearing way. So pwede ring ganun. “Haha ang tanga eh ang kulit mo nanaman. Jan ka lang.” Haha baka ganun. Needs improvement pero yun yung thought. Baka mas maging effective.
