Better Days
Nabanggit ko ‘to sa last post ko. Basta sabi ko nagkaron ng structure ang araw-araw dahil sa French classes ko. Hindi ko tuloy alam ang gagawin ko pag natapos na. Kelangan kong humanap ng bagong non-negotiable thing.
Finished a Book
After 2 months, nakatapos din ako ng libro. Dati kasi nakaka tatlong book ako sa isang bwan pero hindi sustainable for me. Plus hindi ganun ka-fulfilling kasi karamihan sa mga librong nabasa ko, nalilimutan ko. Siguro dahil may kasamang pagmamadali dahil gusto kong ma-achieve yung sinet kong reading goal. Ngayon I’m taking things slow at ninanamnam ko ang mga librong binabasa ko.
I’m Okay
My overall mood is improving. Hindi ko alam kung dahil ba sa yoga at exercise, or grounding, or may lasting effects pa rin yung PH vacation ko. Pwede ring combination ng lahat. Basta thankful ako sa current state ng utak ko. Nawala na yung constant kaba sa dibdib ko at yung feeling na lagi akong nagmamadali kahit wala naman akong hinahabol na oras. Basta mas may flow na ko ngayon. Sana wag ma-jinx.
