I was doing my very late mid-year review a while ago (yet to be published) at after kong matuwa sa mga na-accomplish kong goals, na-stress ako after. Dun kasi sa 13 goals na sinet ko in the beginning of the year, dalwa lang yung fail, tapos isa na lang yung natitirang work in progress. So parang sa isip ko, isa na lang? Meron pang 4 months na natitira this year. Ano pang dapat kong gawin?

Di ko inexpect na aabot ako sa day 11. Madaming moments na tinatamad na kong ituloy ‘to pero umiiral yung pagka-stubborn ko kasi gusto syang makitang kumpleto. Tsaka yung 28-day trip ko nga sa Pinas nakumpleto ko eto pa kaya. Although eto kasing trip na ‘to malaman at siksik kaya ang daming kelangan i-document.
Anyway, last full day na namin ‘to sa Vancouver and what a great way to spend our last day. Sobrang nag-enjoy ako sa pinuntahan naming rainforest, we had fun with the cousins, and we ended the day enjoying happy hour at this nice bar.

This is going to be a short one but still interesting dahil ang sasarap ng kinain namin nung gabi. Magpapaalam na kami sa bulubundukin ng Alberta at maghe-hello sa masasarap na pagkain ng British Columbia. Mahaba-haba nanaman ang drive ni Kenneth kaya ine-expect kong mabilis nanaman syang ma-bad mood. Almost 10 hours ang byahe from Banff to Vancouver pero hindi naman nakakainip dahil sa mountain and forest views. Sabi ni Kenneth nakakatulong din daw sa mood nya yung magagandang views. Naalala ko nanaman yung sinabi ni Mary Oliver na:

We’re back to Downtown. Dito lang kami buong day except sa aming last stop (another mall 😂). We have two main events. Visit Calgary Tower and the most beautiful library I’ve ever seen in my life. Hayy. What a dream 🤍

Day 2 at Calgary! This was supposed to be a chill/rest day dahil sa haba ng byahe kahapon. Ako lang talaga yung may ganap. Nung nalaman ng parents ni Kenneth na pa-Downtown ako to meet someone that I met here in the blogosphere, Jolens, gusto na rin nila sumama haha. Ihahatid lang daw nila ko then magiikot na sila sa Downtown.
Wala naman ako talagang balak mag-intermittent fasting pero nahawa ako ni Kenneth na mag-skip ng breakfast. Hanggang sa nasanay na lang ako, at may bonus perk pa sya na 2x a day ko na lang po-problemahin ang kakainin ko imbis na 3x. Nung binilang ko, nakaka-16 to 17 hrs ako na fasting almost everyday.
Sobrang tagal ko nang gustong bumili ng slime kay @snoopslimes. Nanghihinayang lang ako. Kaya nung first sweldo ko, sabi ko bibili na talaga ko nung slime. Naka-order na ko at excited na kooo!
Ang dalang ko na magsulat dito. Nagsusulat pa rin ako araw-araw pero dun sa analog journal and app ko na lang sa phone. Pero naisip kong i-recap ang mga kaganapan kasi parang ang bilis ng mga nangyayari.
Pour fêter la Saint-Valentin, nous sommes allés au resto Chop. Chop est cher mais nous avions un coupon pour un repas gratuit et on veut l’utiliser.
To celebrate Valentine’s Day, we went to Chop restaurant. Chop is expensive but we had a coupon for a free meal and we want to use it.
Dernier dimanche, nous sommes allés au café Clementine avec nos amis. Il faisait très froid. Nous sommes arrivé à 13h30 et il y a avait 1 heure de waiting time. Donc, nous sommes retournés à notre voiture pour attendre.
Last Sunday, we went to Clementine Cafe with our friends. It was so cold. We arrived at 1:30PM and there’s a 1 hour waiting time. So we went back to our car to wait.
